Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders of the Work / Life Productivity Planner from our warehouse at 8012 Gonzaga Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045 to every state in the United States.

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days or sooner. 

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders or email us  at support@productivityplanner.co for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid possible delays.

Can I Change My Order?

You can modify your order details, such as removing or adding products to your cart or changing your address, by emailing support@productivityplanner.co as soon as possible.

Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the number of products ordered as well as your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the final shipping cost. We offer free shipping to all addresses in the United States.
